Please note that the base fee for a Same-Day In-Person Appointment starts at $150, while scheduling an appointment in advance can be done at a reduced price of $100. Fees are subject to change based on the borough and specific location where the notarization is taking place. The fee may vary based on the following factors:

1. Location: The fee will be influenced by the address where the notarization is taking place. Different boroughs or locations may have varying rates due to travel time and distance.

2. Type of Document: The complexity and nature of the document being notarized can affect the fee. Certain documents may require additional steps or certifications, which can impact the overall cost.

3. Number of People: If multiple people need their documents notarized, there may be an additional charge based on the amount of signatures and the amount of people involved.

4. Witnesses: If you need us to provide witnesses for your document, there will be an additional fee added to your total ($50 per witness).

5. Printing, Scanning, Emailing, Faxing and Mailing: If you need us to  print, scan, email, fax or mail your documents, there will be an additional charge which will impact the overall fee ($25 per service).

6. Late Payment: Kindly be advised that payment is required promptly upon completion of the service. If you are a business that needs to process payment through an accountant or finance department, please inform us at the time of booking. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, however, if payment is not received within 24 hours, a $25 late fee will be applied to the total amount due.
